FAQs

Can I request a destination?

Sure! We can’t promise that Henry will design all requests, as a lot of work goes into each design, but we’re also keen to hear the destinations you’re interested in. Make sure you sign up to our newsletter to stay up to date when new destinations are added to the shop.

What paper do you print on?

All of our posters are art prints on 240gsm matte archival paper, custom trimmed with a white border on all sides for framing. We use Giclée printing on ultra smooth matte paper. All prints are digitally signed by the artist (Henry).

What size are the borders on your prints?

Our prints have the following border sizes:

A5 - 1 cm

A4 - 1.5 cm

A3 (& 30 x 40 cm) - 2 cm

A2 (& 50 x 70 cm) - 3 cm

A1 - 4 cm

Selected size includes border.

Can I request a different size print?

At the moment we are unable to offer sizes that aren’t listed in the shop. Please do get in contact to let us know the sizes you’re looking for, so we can potentially expand what we offer in the future.

Where are your prints printed?

Our prints are printed at our partner printer’s print studio (that’s quite a mouthful!) here in the UK. They are printed and then dispatched ready for delivery.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, first choose your design from the different collections in the shop. When you have a chosen design, select the size of print you’d like to order, and add it to your cart. Once you’ve got everything you’d like to order in your cart, click on the check out button, and you’ll be guided through the check out process.

How do I get free delivery?

We offer free UK delivery when you spend £35 or more. Once you have prints worth £35 or more in your cart, you’ll be able to select free delivery during the check out process. For more details and information about free international delivery see our Shipping Info.

Where can I find the details of any offers you have?

Can I change the delivery address after I’ve ordered?

If you’ve provided the wrong address during the check out process, please send us an email with your order number to prints@travelposter.co. We cannot guarantee we’ll be able to update your order before it’s dispatched, but we’ll do our best. Unfortunately Travel Poster Co. Shop are not liable for any lost orders due to incorrect delivery information provided.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For UK orders, we should have your prints with you in 3 - 8 working days. All of our travel posters are custom printed. Once you have placed your order, please allow 2 - 5 working days for your order to be printed and dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, UK tracked delivery takes 1 – 3 working days. How will my prints be shipped and packaged?

Our A5 and A4 prints ship in sturdy cardboard envelopes and all other sizes ship in rigid cardboard tubes. There’s a Travel Poster Co. Shop sticker on the packaging, so you know it’s from us.

Inside their cardboard envelope our A5 and A4 prints are packaged in a clear protective sleeve with a rigid sheet of cardboard for additional protection. Multiple prints of the same size will be packaged in the same protective sleeve.

Can I check where my order is?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email telling you that we have received your order, and that it’s being processed. Within 2 – 5 working days of this email, you’ll receive another email letting you know that your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking number which you can use to track your delivery via the Royal Mail website. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow a further 1 - 3 working days for UK delivery. For further information and international delivery estimates see our Shipping Info.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number with your order dispatch email. You can use this to track your delivery via the Royal Mail website. Please note you'll get your tracking number with your dispatch email, not your order confirmation email.

Am I able to cancel my order?

All of our prints at Travel Poster Co. Shop are made to order. When your order is placed, we automatically send a request to our printers who then print your chosen designs in their print studio. This means that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. Please make sure you review your print designs and sizes before placing your order. Am I able to return my order once it’s been delivered?

All of our prints at Travel Poster Co. Shop are made to order. This means that we are unable to accept returns. Please make sure you review your print designs and sizes before placing your order.

What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

If there is a problem with your order, please send us an email to prints@travelposter.co including your order number and let us know what’s happened. For further information see our Returns Policy.

How do I use a discount code?

If you’re lucky enough to have a discount code, you can add this at the payment stage of check out. If you have any problems using a discount code, please send us an email to prints@travelposter.co including the code you are trying to use.
